ZOiS is Associate Partner of GloCalEast

From October 2020, ZOiS will participate as an Associate Partner in the strategic partnership GloCalEast, which is funded by Erasmus +. The three-year consortium, headquartered in Bratislava, aims to network between science, civil society and governments in Eastern and Central Europe, as well as to monitor and develop new teaching programs in the area of "Migration, Diaspora and Border Studies in East-Central Europe". The project includes the simultaneous creation of a new curriculum for migration, diaspora and border studies as well as a platform of experts from science, NGOs and local government institutions who observe and analyze migration and integration processes in East Central Europe. The ZOiS scientists Tsypylma Darieva, Piotr Goldstein and Sabine von Löwis are involved.
