The panel discussion on April 25 focused on the fight against corruption, healthcare and economic reform. Ukrainian experts Anastasiya Leukhina and Valerii Pekar, together with Carnegie’s Balázs Jarábikt tackled the question why the progress of the reforms in Ukraine was slower than expected. As key factors they identified communication and civil society.
